1st Grade : A Little About Miss Cooney
By Myra Brisky and Kailyn Owens Miss Cooney has been teaching elementary school for 21 years. She attended Washington State University. She loves teaching first grade. She enjoys reading her students stories, doing art projects with them and watching them grow, and mature into great kids. She has been at St. Therese for one magnificent year. Her class is currently working on their first SAT test ever! They are also working on map skills, plants, pond life, insects and frogs! She says she's most proud of how well the SAT testing went because her students worked hard and did their best. She wants everyone to know that she has four very large lovable cats! In her spare time Miss Cooney loves to do arts and crafts. She also enjoys sewing and making and trading artist trading cards and antique buttons!Photo Gallery from the 1st Grade Class
