Admissions

To apply for admission into the school, the following items must be completed and turned into the school admissions office. A copy of the school enrollment criteria may be downloaded here.
  • Application (click on this link to download)
  • Transcript (Grades 1-8)
  • Teacher recommendation (Grades 5-8 click on this link to download)
  • Essay (Grades 5-8, click on this link to download)
  • Application Fee ($50.00)
The Admissions Office will send you a postcard when your child's file is complete.

St. Therese is conducting school tours for parents of prospective students for next school year (2010/2011), as well as for the current school year. If you are interested in scheduling a tour, contact Sandy Gunder at the school office by calling (206) 324-0460 or by emailing Sandy at sandyg@saintthereseparish.org.

  • Thursday, 3/11, 9am
  • Tuesday, 3/16, 9am
